OLD CITY NEW (OCN) was founded by our CEO and Owner, Nick Kling, in 2018. He started OCN from his vision to deliver clients a better building experience, and a much better final product than was being offered by most other builders. After owning and managing a Landscape and Construction business for over 9 years, Nick decided to remove the landscaping division and focus fully on construction. OCN is founded and built upon the love and passion for vintage homes and the classic charm that comes with them. We love rejuvenating that charm back into YOUR space that you get to call HOME, and we take amazing pride in your choice to go through that process alongside us!
